Tailor my CV for this job — freeWe’re Hiring: Senior AI Solutions EngineerWe’re looking for a Senior AI Solutions Engineer to join our team and work on production-grade AI applications, LLM-powered workflows, and modern web applications.If you have hands-on experience building LLM applications, RAG systems, AI evaluation frameworks, and cloud-based applications, we’d love to hear from you.LLM Application EngineeringBuild production AI applications using AWS Bedrock (Claude), including structured outputs and tool useDesign prompts for classification, extraction, comparison, review, and other business workflowsBuild and optimize RAG solutions over internal documentsDevelop hybrid rule engines combining deterministic checks with LLM-based judgmentDesign advisory and human-in-the-loop AI featuresEvaluation & QualityBuild labeled evaluation datasets and ground-truth test setsMeasure precision/recall for AI flagging tasks and optimize models toward accuracy targetsPerform shadow-mode validation before transitioning to automated workflowsImplement regression testing for changes to prompts, rules, and modelsWeb Application & Cloud StackDevelop backend APIs using Python/FlaskBuild frontend applications using ReactWork with AWS services including DynamoDB, ECS Fargate, and LambdaImplement Okta/OIDC authentication and secure secrets managementApply server-side validation and schema-driven formsWhat We’re Looking For2–3 years of relevant professional experience in AI/ML, software engineering, or LLM application developmentHands-on experience with AWS Bedrock and ClaudeExperience with RAG, prompt engineering, and AI evaluationStrong Python and Flask development skillsExperience with React and modern web application developmentGood understanding of AWS infrastructure and cloud-native applicationsExperience with authentication, APIs, and secure application developmentAbility to build reliable AI solutions that can be evaluated, tested, and deployed in production
