This role is responsible for leading architectural design projects, developing detailed Revit models, and ensuring design accuracy and compliance with local and international standards. The professional in this role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate architectural solutions with broader project requirements, coordinate with engineers and stakeholders, and contribute to project planning and documentation. Daily responsibilities include preparing design presentations, reviewing drawings, resolving design and integration issues, and supporting junior team members with technical guidance. The role also involves communicating project progress to internal and external stakeholders, maintaining quality and timelines, and contributing to continuous improvement of design processes.Qualifications Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with demonstrated experience in leading complex design projects.Proficiency in Solution Architecture and Integration, with the ability to align architectural concepts with technical and functional requirements.Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and present design concepts clearly.Advanced skills in Revit and other relevant design and BIM tools; familiarity with CAD software and visualization tools is an advantage.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture or a closely related field; professional accreditation or registration is preferred.Proven experience in an architecture or design firm, ideally in a senior or lead role, with a strong portfolio of built or detailed projects.Knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulatory requirements, with attention to detail and quality assurance.Ability to work on-site in Colombo, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and mentor junior team members.
