Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage audits of client financial statements in compliance with UAE regulations, international standards on Auditing (ISA), and Financial Reporting (IFRS).Oversee and supervise a team of auditors, providing guidance and training to junior staff.Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide valuable insights.· Experience in audit planning, risk assessment, internal control evaluation, substantive testing, and audit completion.Overseeing Audit Engagements from planning to reporting, including reviewing the audit work papers, financial statements, and reports for accuracy, compliance, and completeness.Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and delivery of high-quality services.Identify and assess business risks and provide recommendations for improvements.Assist in managing client relationships and ensuring overall client satisfaction.Support the audit manager and senior team in the planning and execution of audits.Good understanding of UAE Commercial Companies Law, UAE Corporate Tax regulations, and other applicable regulatory requirements.Experience in statutory audits of UAE LLCs, free zone entities, and group companies.

Key Qualifications

Along with Bachelor’s degree, CA / CPA or equivalent internationally recognised professional qualification is a must.Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in external audit with at least 3-4 years of experience in managerial position, ideally with exposure to large or mid-sized clients.· Practical experience in preparing and reviewing standalone and consolidated financial statements under IFRS, auditing standards, and UAE regulations.Strong technical skills with proficiency in auditing software and MS Office applications.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.· Identify significant audit risks, accounting issues, and internal control deficiencies.Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.Ensure audit assignments are completed within agreed timelines and quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency in Arabic is highly preferred, with excellence in English.Experience in working within a multicultural environment and understanding the business dynamics in the UAE.
