Senior Associate - Budget Systems

Objective: Support the EPM systems roadmap by identifying enhancement, automation, and AI-driven initiatives aligned with organizational objectives. Contribute to digital transformation projects that enhance budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and decision-making capabilities.Essential Duties:Budget Systems ManagementManage the requirements within EPM (Oracle) budgeting, forecasting, and planning applications.Develop planning templates business rules, and reporting requirements.Support budget cycle execution, system enhancements, testing, and user acceptance activities.Ensure data integrity, system availability, and compliance with governance standards.Budget Reporting & AnalyticsDevelop and maintain budget reports, dashboards, and management information solutions.Monitor budget performance, planning submissions, and key performance indicators.Perform data validation, reconciliation, and variance analysis to support decision-making.Provide analytical insights and recommendations to stakeholders and management.Stakeholder Support & TrainingServe as the primary functional support contact for EPM users.Deliver user training, workshops, and system guidance.Develop and maintain user documentation, procedures, and knowledge resources.Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and design solutions.AI, Automation & Digital TransformationIdentify and implement AI, machine learning, and predictive analytics use cases to improve forecasting and planning accuracy.Automate budget workflows, data validations, compliance checks, and reporting processes.Develop self-service analytics, automated dashboards, alerts, and monitoring tools.Support enterprise integration and digital transformation initiatives across finance, HR, and operational systems.Continuous Improvement & InnovationDrive process optimization and operational efficiency through system enhancements.Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative budgeting and planning solutions.Promote best practices in EPM, automation, data governance, and performance management.Experience & Qualifications:3-5 years of experience in budgeting, financial planning, performance management, EPM systems, or related business applications. Experience supporting budget preparation, forecasting, reporting, and performance management processes.Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.Professional certification (e.g. CMA) is an advantage.
