Join Cytiva, where your work directly contributes to advancing life sciences, bioprocessing, and technologies that help save lives around the world.We're hiring a Senior Automation Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing automation systems at our Logan, Utah site.What You'll Do✅ Lead automation and controls projects from concept through startup and operational handoff✅ Design, program, and troubleshoot PLC, HMI, SCADA, instrumentation, and industrial networking systems✅ Drive automation strategy, equipment modernization, and manufacturing reliability improvements✅ Partner with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, EHS, and Engineering teams to deliver business-critical projects✅ Mentor engineers and influence site-wide automation best practicesWhat We're Looking For🔹 10+ years of industrial automation and controls engineering experience🔹 Strong hands-on expertise with Rockwell Studio 5000 and FactoryTalk View🔹 Experience leading capital projects, including FAT/SAT, commissioning, and startup activities🔹 Deep knowledge of industrial control systems, instrumentation, and industrial networks🔹 Proven ability to troubleshoot complex manufacturing systems and improve reliability/OEEBonus Points For⭐ Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharma, or Medical Device manufacturing experience⭐ Ignition, MES, Data Historians, ISA-88, or ISA-95 experience⭐ Validation, qualification, and regulated manufacturing systems experienceWhy Cytiva?At Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, you'll be part of a team developing solutions that support groundbreaking therapies, vaccines, and life-saving medicines.
