Senior Automation Engineer - Honeywell

Key Responsibilities Perform system engineering and application development for Honeywell Experion PKS and DCS projects. Participate in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT). Support commissioning, startup, and troubleshooting activities. Configure, maintain, and optimize DCS and SCADA systems. Support system upgrades, migrations, and integration activities. Troubleshoot technical issues related to control systems and industrial communication networks. Collaborate with project teams and customers to ensure successful project execution. Provide technical support during onsite project implementation and commissioning activities. Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related Engineering discipline. 3–6 years of experience in Industrial Automation Systems. Hands-on experience with Honeywell Experion PKS or other Honeywell DCS platforms. Experience in system engineering, FAT, SAT, commissioning, and startup activities. Knowledge of industrial communication protocols and control philosophies. Understanding of industrial networking and cybersecurity fundamentals. Ability to support system upgrades, migrations, and troubleshooting activities. Experience in power, water, oil & gas, or industrial automation projects. Strong troubleshooting and customer-facing skills. Good command of English. Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally based on project requirements.
