📢 WE’RE HIRING | SENIOR COMMERCIAL STRATEGY & INVESTMENT SPECIALIST📍 Location: Dubai, UAE🏢 Sector: Government / Infrastructure💼 Experience: 8–12 years🎓 Qualification: Master’s degree preferred🗣️ Languages: Arabic & English (mandatory)Terracotta Outsourcing is looking for an experienced Senior Commercial Strategy & Investment Specialist to support a leading government entity in Dubai.We are seeking a commercially driven and analytical professional with strong expertise in commercial strategy, investment evaluation, Public-Private Partnerships (PPP), and infrastructure-related projects.🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop commercial strategies to increase revenue and identify new business opportunities.Evaluate investment initiatives, financial models, feasibility studies, and business cases.Support the structuring and execution of PPP projects, commercial ventures, and outsourcing initiatives.Manage tenders, RFPs, commercial agreements, SLAs, and contractual frameworks.Build strategic partnerships with government entities and private-sector organizations.Conduct market research, benchmarking, risk assessments, and commercial performance reviews.Prepare strategic reports, financial analyses, and recommendations for senior management.Oversee commercial projects from initial assessment through implementation.🔹 RequirementsFluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.8–12 years of relevant experience in commercial strategy, investment management, business development, PPP, or infrastructure projects.Strong knowledge of financial modelling, commercial feasibility studies, investment structures, and concession models.Proven experience in strategic partnerships, stakeholder management, negotiations, tenders, and contract management.Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.Experience in the UAE government, semi-government, transportation, infrastructure, or investment advisory sectors is highly preferred.CFA certification is an advantage.📩 Interested candidates: Please send your updated CV via LinkedIn direct message.Know someone who would be a great fit?
