Reach out to us to learn more about our innovative solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with FMCG Sales Leadership (Sales Directors, GTM Heads, Channel Heads) to understand current RTM challenges and business prioritiesDesign and recommend Analytics led Revenue Growth Management initiativesBring innovative ideas leveraging analytics, automation, AI/ML, and mobility to improve:Sales Rep ProductivityReduce Cost To ServeLead workshops and discussions with senior stakeholders to align digital solutions with business outcomesTranslate business problems into data, analytics, and technology-driven solutionsCollaborate with internal analytics, BI, and engineering teams to ensure solution feasibility and impactSupport pilot programs, measure impact, and scale successful initiatives across markets⸻Required Experience & Skills

• 8–15 years of experience in FMCG Sales, RTM Consulting, or Digital Transformation
• Strong understanding of FMCG RTM constructs
• Hands on exposure to Analytics led Revenue Growth Management projects
• Hands-on exposure to Sales IT / Digital platforms (SFA, DMS, CRM, analytics dashboards)
• Ability to engage confidently with CXOs and senior sales leaders
• Strong problem-solving, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
• End to End Analytics enablement is a plus⸻Preferred Qualifications
• MBA or equivalent qualification
• Exposure to Power BI, advanced analytics, AI use cases, or data platforms
