We are seeking a senior cards professional to drive credit card product strategy, portfolio growth, customer engagement and profitability, with a focus on premium and Platinum card segments.Budget: Up to SAR 45,000/month (All-inclusive)Outsourced through Innovations GlobalDuration - 12 monthsKey ResponsibilitiesLead card product strategy, launches, CVP development and lifecycle management.Drive portfolio profitability, spending, activation, retention and customer engagement.Develop customer segmentation strategies, loyalty programmes and targeted campaigns.Enhance digital banking, card servicing and customer experience.Manage cross-functional projects, system enhancements and product rollouts.Oversee Visa/Mastercard partnerships and strategic merchant alliances.Ensure compliance with SAMA regulations and Saudi banking requirements.Requirements15–20 years of relevant cards product/portfolio experience preferred.Strong expertise in credit card product launches, CVP development and portfolio profitability.Experience across debit, credit and prepaid cards.Proven experience in customer lifecycle management, campaign execution and performance analytics.Knowledge of SAMA regulations and the Saudi banking market.Strong digital banking, project management and stakeholder management skills.Bachelor's degree required.
