🚀 We're Hiring | Production Supervisor – Switchgear Manufacturing📍 Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia🏭 Industry: Electrical Equipment Manufacturing – SwitchgearWe are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to join our team and oversee daily manufacturing and assembly operations within the switchgear industry.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily production and assembly activities to ensure production targets are achieved.Plan and allocate manpower, equipment, and resources to optimize production efficiency.Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery in accordance with quality and safety standards.Lead and manage shop-floor operations, ensuring smooth workflow and effective team performance.Identify production bottlenecks, troubleshoot operational issues, and implement corrective actions.Coordinate with production, quality, and warehouse teams to ensure efficient manufacturing processes.Monitor employee productivity and implement continuous improvement initiatives.Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.Prepare production reports and maintain accurate operational documentation.

Requirements

Diploma or higher qualification in a relevant technical discipline.Minimum 10 years of experience in switchgear manufacturing and production operations.Strong experience in manpower planning, shop-floor management, and production scheduling.Proven experience supervising manufacturing and assembly teams.Good knowledge of HSE requirements within manufacturing environments.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Good command of English.Proficiency in MS Office applications
