Senior Mobile Developer (Flutter)

Build the app that connects Saudi Arabia’s journeys.Masi is building a unified mobility platform, bringing Saudi Arabia’s rail networks and connecting transport services into one seamless mobile experience. From everyday commutes to journeys across the Kingdom, our ambition is national in scale—and every interaction matters.We’re looking for an experienced Flutter developer who has helped build some of the region’s largest consumer apps and wants meaningful ownership of what comes next.You’ll join a high-performing global development team, working closely with product, design, and backend engineers to ship core journeys across iOS and Android—from discovery and booking to payments and travel updates. You’ll own features from idea through production, shape architecture, and drive performance and quality.You’ll also get hands-on exposure to the latest AI development tools and best practices, applying them to real engineering challenges at scale.We’re looking for someone who:Is already based in Saudi Arabia and available to work on-site or hybrid in KSA.Has shipped at scale: meaningful, hands-on contributions to one or more of the region’s largest mobile platforms.Knows Flutter and Dart deeply, with strong experience in app architecture, state management, API integrations, testing, and iOS/Android releases.Takes ownership: turns ambiguous problems into shipped solutions, makes sound trade-offs, and follows through after launch.Cares about the details: fast, reliable apps, polished interfaces, and intuitive Arabic and English experiences.Speaks and writes English fluently—essential for collaborating with our global team.AI-native is a big plus.
