Senior Customer Success Manager | Cybersecurity / OT SecurityDubai, UAEInterested in helping some of the region's largest industrial organisations strengthen their cybersecurity?I'm partnering with a globally recognised cybersecurity specialist focused on protecting Operational Technology (OT), Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and critical infrastructure.They're looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to take ownership of strategic enterprise relationships across the Middle East and Africa.This is a post-sales, customer-facing position combining relationship management, technical engagement, customer retention and commercial growth.What you'll be doing:Managing strategic enterprise customers across the MEA region.Driving onboarding, solution adoption and long-term customer success.Building relationships with CISOs, IT/OT security leaders and senior stakeholders.Leading customer business reviews and demonstrating measurable value.Managing customer retention, renewals and identifying expansion opportunities.Working closely with Sales, Engineering, Product and Technical Support teams.Identifying customer risks and proactively managing escalations.What we're looking for:5+ years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management or Strategic Account Management.Background in Cybersecurity, Enterprise SaaS or Industrial Technology.Experience managing enterprise customers across the Middle East.Strong stakeholder management, communication and commercial awareness.Exposure to OT Security, ICS or Critical Infrastructure is highly advantageous.Arabic and/or French language skills would be a significant advantage.
