Senior Cybersecurity Engineer – Microsoft Security, CrowdStrike & Zscaler

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE – Full OnsiteContract Duration: Initial 12 months, extendablleWork Schedule: Full-time, onsite at the client's officeKey ResponsibilitiesProvide hands-on cybersecurity engineering, administration, monitoring, and operational support across enterprise security environments.Manage and maintain the Microsoft security stack, including Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Defender, and Microsoft Sentinel.Administer and support CrowdStrike Falcon for endpoint detection and response (EDR), threat detection, investigation, and remediation.Manage and support Zscaler security solutions, including secure access, network security, and cloud-based security controls.Perform security incident investigation, analysis, containment, remediation, and recovery activities.Monitor security alerts, investigate suspicious activities, and respond to cybersecurity threats across identity, endpoint, cloud, and network environments.Support security operations, including threat detection, incident response, security monitoring, and continuous improvement of security controls.Collaborate closely with the client's internal security team to maintain and strengthen the organization's overall security posture.Troubleshoot security-related issues, optimize existing security tools, and ensure effective integration and operation of security technologies.Maintain security documentation, incident reports, operational procedures, and remediation records.Experience & Professional QualificationsSenior-level experience in Cybersecurity Engineering, Security Operations, and Incident Response, with strong hands-on technical capabilities.Proven experience administering and supporting the Microsoft security stack, particularly:Microsoft Entra ID (Identity & Access Management)Microsoft Defender (Endpoint and Threat Protection)Microsoft Sentinel (SIEM and Security Monitoring)Strong hands-on experience with CrowdStrike Falcon, including endpoint security, threat detection, investigation, and response.Practical experience with Zscaler, including cloud security, secure access, and network security technologies.Solid experience in security incident response, including threat investigation, containment, remediation, and recovery.Strong understanding of endpoint security, identity security, cloud security, network security, and security monitoring.Ability to independently troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve complex cybersecurity incidents.Experience working within enterprise security teams or Security Operations Center (SOC) environments.Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.Relevant cybersecurity certifications such as Microsoft Security certifications, CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent are advantageous.
