- Sales: Achieve individual and team sales goals by providing excellent experience to clients.
- Inventory Management: Replenish merchandise and ensure products are well-stocked on shelves; conduct stock taking and inventory checks regularly; monitor inventory levels and report stock discrepancies.
- Visual Merchandising: Arrange and display products attractively according to company guidelines; maintain eye-catching product displays and promotional areas.
- Event Coordination: Assist with seasonal campaigns, new product launches, and in-store events.
- Diploma holder or above
- At least 1 year of retail experience
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently
- Outgoing personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for anime, collectibles, figures, toys, or pop culture products
- Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and shift schedules
- Basic computer and POS system knowledge is preferred
