Senior Executive – Legal & Recovery

Varun Beverages is the second largest PepsiCo franchisee in the world (outside the US) of carbonated soft drinks and noncarbonated beverages sold under trademarks owned by PepsiCo like Pepsi, 7up, Miranda, Mountain Dew, Sting, Ole Brands & Aquafina, we are in the process of strengthening our team and looking for a best potential candidate to join our team.Role purposeThe Senior Executive – Legal & Recovery will support the legal department, in all legal matters and recovery activities, including preparing legal documents, coordinating with external counsel, and following up on overdue accounts.Key responsibilitiesPrepare, review, and organize legal documents, letters, notices, and case files.Representing the company in all legal, government institutions including Police Coordinate with external lawyers, courts, and relevant authorities on ongoing matters.Support debt recovery through follow-ups, negotiations, and settlement coordination.Monitor recovery cases and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.Assist with legal research and provide practical updates on case progress.Help ensure that recovery actions and legal processes follow applicable laws and company procedures.Visiting out station Distributor points and following up the recoveries. Work with internal departments to resolve legal and recovery matters efficiently.Handle confidential information with discretion.RequirementsLLB , or Attorneys-at-Law 1–2 years of relevant experience in legal practice, debt recovery, or a related role.Good knowledge of legal procedures and documentation.Strong communication, negotiation, organization, and follow-up skills.Able to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines.Proficient in Microsoft Office , and routine record keeping.
