Senior Financial and Business Analyst

Job Description On behalf of our leading international client, we are looking to hire a Financial & Business Analyst Job Summary The Financial & Business Analyst will support management with financial planning, performance analysis, and actionable business insights. The role will connect financial results with operational drivers, helping leaders improve profitability, control costs, and make informed decisions. Key Responsibilities  Prepare and analyze budgets, forecasts, and periodic financial and business performance reports.  Monitor actual results against budgets and targets, explain variances, and recommend corrective actions.  Analyze revenue, margins, operating expenses, cash flow drivers, and overall profitability.  Job Summary The Financial & Business Analyst will support management with financial planning, performance analysis, and actionable business insights. • Prepare and analyze budgets, forecasts, and periodic financial and business performance reports.
• Monitor actual results against budgets and targets, explain variances, and recommend corrective actions.
• Analyze revenue, margins, operating expenses, cash flow drivers, and overall profitability.
• Assess product, customer, channel, and business-unit performance to identify opportunities and risks.
• Partner with operations, sales, procurement, and finance teams to validate assumptions and understand cost drivers.
• Build financial models and business cases for pricing, investment, expansion, and operational decisions.
• Develop clear dashboards and management presentations that translate complex data into practical insights.
• Support manufacturing-related analysis, including material costs, production efficiency, inventory, and waste where applicable.
• Improve reporting accuracy, data quality, and consistency of financial and operational KPIs. Job Requirements Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized university.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in financial and business analysis, including 3 years in a senior analyst or equivalent role.
• Previous experience within a multinational company is required; FMCG or manufacturing exposure is strongly preferred.
• Strong capabilities in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial modeling, and profitability analysis.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with ERP systems and Power BI or similar reporting tools is preferred.
• Ability to connect financial findings to business operations and present recommendations to senior management.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills in Arabic and English.
• Residency around New Cairo, Madinaty, Shorouk is highly preferred.
• Strong professional profile, analytical capabilities, and professional credibility.
