Senior Fullstack Java Developer

Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Engineer to join our technology team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end design, development, delivery, and maintenance of business-critical API-driven platforms and modern web applications.This role requires strong software engineering capabilities, experience in full-stack development, and a solid understanding of secure, scalable, and cloud-native application architectures.You will collaborate with cross-functional and global teams, working closely with technical architects, designers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesSoftware Development & EngineeringDesign, develop, enhance, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications and RESTful APIs.Develop and integrate backend services and frontend applications using modern technologies.Ensure application performance, reliability, maintainability, and security throughout the software development lifecycle.Write clean, reusable, well-structured, and maintainable code following software engineering best practices.Conduct code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and troubleshooting to maintain high software quality.System Architecture & IntegrationCollaborate with solution architects, UX/UI designers, and technical stakeholders to translate business and design requirements into technical solutions.Evaluate technical feasibility and ensure proposed solutions align with application architecture and engineering standards.Participate in architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and system integration activities.Support the development of cloud-native applications using modern architectural principles.DevOps & Software DeliveryImplement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support automated build, testing, and deployment processes.Apply secure software development practices, including DevSecOps principles.Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, coding standards, and engineering practices.Troubleshoot technical issues and provide production support when required.Collaboration & InnovationWork closely with global development teams and stakeholders across different regions.Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.Explore emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Agentic AI, and AI-assisted software development tools.Independently manage assigned tasks, prioritize deliverables, and meet project deadlines.Technical RequirementsHands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot for backend application development.Experience with React.js for frontend development.Strong knowledge of REST API design, development, and integration.Experience building and deploying secure cloud-native applications.Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization technologies.Experience with CI/CD tools and automated deployment practices.Exposure to Generative AI, Agentic AI, GitHub Copilot, or other AI-assisted software engineering tools.Proven experience in software engineering, application development, or full-stack development.Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and application architecture.Hands-on experience designing, developing, and integrating RESTful APIs.Experience developing modern web applications and backend services.Good understanding of cloud-native application development, scalability, and security.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and software deployment processes.Knowledge of secure coding practices and DevSecOps principles.Experience working in Agile software development environments.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Good communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with international teams.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.Relevant professional experience in software development or software engineering.Strong teamwork, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.Ability to work effectively in a multinational and cross-regional environment.
