Senior Interior Designer — Luxury Residential

Location: Riyadh or Jeddah, Saudi ArabiaSalary: SAR 18,000–25,000 per month, depending on experience and suitabilityRole overviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead the design and delivery of luxury residential projects.

The ideal candidate combines strong creative judgment with practical procurement experience, detailed knowledge of furnishings, finishes, fabrics and suppliers, and the ability to present ideas clearly and confidently to clients.Key responsibilitiesLead residential interior design projects from concept development through design documentation, procurement and installation.Develop design concepts, mood boards, space plans, material palettes, FF&E schedules and presentation packages.Specify and source furniture, lighting, accessories, fabrics and finishes, with strong knowledge of Italian and American brands and suppliers.Manage furniture procurement, including supplier research, quotations, specifications, lead times, orders and delivery coordination.Review and approve furniture designs, samples, materials and finishes to ensure they meet the project’s design intent, quality standards and approved budget.Present and explain design proposals to clients, respond to feedback, and build confidence in the recommended design direction.Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers and internal project teams.Review drawings and shop drawings; attend site visits and help resolve design, procurement and installation issues.Track specifications, budgets, schedules and procurement details to support timely project delivery.Use AI tools thoughtfully to support research, visualization and workflow, while applying professional design judgment.RequirementsSaudi national.At least 5 years of interior design experience, with a strong portfolio of luxury residential projects; 5–10 years of relevant experience is preferred.Demonstrated experience with furniture and FF&E procurement, supplier coordination and reviewing or approving furniture designs, samples and finishes.Strong knowledge of furniture, fabrics, finishes and FF&E selection, including familiarity with Italian and American furniture brands.Confident client-facing presentation skills and the ability to communicate and sell design concepts.Fluent Arabic and English, spoken and written.Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Photoshop, plus strong working knowledge of relevant design and visualization tools such as SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, rendering software, InDesign or comparable tools.Comfortable using current AI design and productivity tools.Strong organization, attention to detail, communication and coordination skills.Able to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with project teams.ApplicationPlease share your CV and portfolio, including examples of luxury residential work, key project responsibilities, procurement experience, and the design software you use.
