Senior Manager - Strategy and FP&A

SummaryThe role will work closely with the Regional CFO, President and senior business leadership, supporting strategic and commercial decision-making across growth, investments, profitability, and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business and commercial teams on strategy, profitability, pricing and growth initiatives.
• Develop and evaluate business cases and investment proposals across new products, markets, licensing, partnerships and R&D.
• Build financial models and assess opportunities using NPV, IRR, ROI, Payback and Free Cash Flow.
• Conduct market, product and commercial analysis to support strategic opportunities.
• Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and performance reviews.
• Monitor cash flow, collections, working capital and DSO, with a focus on cash generation.
• Evaluate R&D investments and expected returns across development and commercial molecules.
• Prepare executive and Board-level presentations, translating financial analysis into clear business insights.
• Act as a finance partner to leadership, providing independent analysis and constructive challenge on key decisions. Experience and QualificationCA or MBA (Finance) with 6–10 years of relevant experience in Business Finance, Commercial Finance, FP&A or Corporate Finance.
• Pharma, healthcare, or life sciences experience preferred. Must Have’s:
• Strong Excel, financial modelling, and investment appraisal skills.
• Strong commercial and analytical orientation with an ability to understand key business drivers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence interacting with senior management and Board-level stakeholders.
• Someone who can connect strategy, investment, profitability, and cash flow and translate analysis into action.
