Senior ML Engineer

Role Description As a Senior ML Engineer, you will design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to solve complex business and technical challenges. You will work on end-to-end ML pipelines, from data exploration and feature engineering to model training, evaluation, and production integration. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, implementing scalable algorithms, optimizing model performance, and maintaining robust codebases. You will also mentor other engineers, contribute to architecture decisions, and stay current with emerging ML techniques and tools. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ulaanbaatar.QualificationsStrong foundation in Computer Science and Algorithms, with experience in designing efficient, scalable solutions.Demonstrated expertise in Neural Networks and Pattern Recognition for real-world machine learning applications.Solid understanding of Statistics and probabilistic methods for model evaluation, experimentation, and data analysis.Experience building and deploying production-grade ML systems, including model optimization and monitoring.Proficiency in modern programming languages commonly used in ML (such as Python) and relevant frameworks (such as TensorFlow or PyTorch).Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment, communicate clearly, and mentor less experienced colleagues.Familiarity with cloud platforms, MLOps practices, and version control tools is an advantage.
