The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications.The role requires a senior technical resource who can independently manage application development, technical design, database optimization, Azure deployments, and production troubleshooting while following established software engineering best practices.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, and Blazor.Build and maintain applications using Blazor Server and/or Blazor WebAssembly.Develop reusable Blazor components and implement effective state management and rendering strategies.Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services.Design and optimize Microsoft SQL Server databases, including complex queries, stored procedures, indexing, and performance tuning.Deploy, configure, and maintain applications using Microsoft Azure services, including Azure App Services and Azure SQL Database.Implement secure authentication and authorization using Microsoft Entra ID, Managed Identity, Azure Key Vault, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).Utilize Entity Framework Core and LINQ for efficient data access and database operations.Apply Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, and appropriate design patterns to build maintainable applications.Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.Ensure application security, performance, reliability, and code quality.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.Required Skills & Qualifications6–10 years of professional experience in software development using the Microsoft technology stack.Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core, .NET 6+, and ASP.NET Core.Hands-on experience developing web applications using Blazor Server and/or Blazor WebAssembly.Good understanding of Blazor components, lifecycle, rendering modes, and state management.Strong experience in RESTful API development and backend service integration.Expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, including database design, complex queries, stored procedures, indexing, and performance optimization.Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, particularly:Azure App ServicesAzure SQL DatabaseAzure Key VaultMicrosoft Entra ID (Azure AD)Managed Identity and RBACExperience with Entity Framework Core, LINQ, and Clean Architecture.Strong understanding of SOLID principles, design patterns, and secure application development.Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.Ability to work independently on technical design, development, deployment, and production support.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Azure Functions and Azure Service Bus.Knowledge of Docker and microservices architecture.Experience with Application Insights and Azure Monitor.Microsoft Azure certifications, preferably AZ-204 or AZ-305.
