SENIOR EXECUTIVE/ EXECUTIVE OPERATIONS-COLOMBO 10 (Pharmacutical)Leading Pharmacutical Manufacturing Group of Company.RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATION / REQUIREMENTBachelor’s degree in business management, Operations Management, Science, Mathematics, or a related field.Part/full qualification in CIMA, ACCA, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or an equivalent professional qualification would be an advantage.Knowledge of production planning, capacity planning, resource allocation, operational efficiency and KPI monitoring.Experience in procurement, supplier management, importation, inventory planning, logistics and material availability.Ability to prepare and monitor budgets, costing, procurement savings, expenditure and operational financial analysis.Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office;Ability to analyse operational, production, procurement, inventory and financial data and prepare management reports.Strong capability in preparing SOPs, reports, business proposals, approval requests, management presentations and operational correspondence.Ability to coordinate with NMRA, Customs, Ministry of Health, Department of Excise and other government/regulatory authorities, where applicable.Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams involving Production, QA, QC, Engineering, Procurement, Finance, HR and Warehouse.Ideally 3–5 years of relevant experience,Good command of English, both written and spoken;Analytical thinking, negotiation, problem solving, planning, communication, decision-making and ability to work under deadlines.Achievements in Sports/ Extracurricular activities
