Senior Procurement Officer

China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC ME) is hiring a Senior Procurement Officer to join our team, specializing in Infrastructure (Roads, Bridges, Utilities) Projects in Dubai, UAE.

Requirements

Oversee and manage procurement processes for large-scale road and infrastructure projects in alignment with RTA, DM guidelines and regulations.Lead procurement activities, including tendering, contract negotiation, and vendor management.Ensure compliance with project requirements, specifications, and local regulations.Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to meet project timelines and budget constraints.Provide strategic guidance to the procurement team in optimizing sourcing and supplier selection for high-value infrastructure projects.Manage and track procurement documentation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project timelines.Experience in infrastructure projects (Roads, Bridges, and Utilities) in UAE / GCC.Interested candidates are invited to explore these opportunities and submit their updated CVs to: careers_cscib@cscec.ae
