Senior Product Manager_AI products

Who we are looking for? You are an experienced Product Manager who has already brought AI products to market, not AI features bolted onto a product, and not prompt engineering on top of someone else's model. You have worked with teams that train, fine-tune, evaluate and operate their own models, and you know what it takes to turn a model that works in a notebook into a product that works for thousands of users every day. You are at home at the intersection of finance, data and technology, and you want to build AI that removes real work from real finance processes.You will start with our Capture product, the AI-based intake of invoices and other business documents, and take ownership of one of our caito squads: the AI layer that automates account assignment, approval decisions and bookkeeping across the cisbox suite.Your role

• Own the product strategy, roadmap and outcomes of your caito squad, starting with Capture
• Build AI products in both directions: user-facing features with agentic workflows, and AI services other product teams in the suite build on
• Define what “good” means for a model in production: accuracy, touchless rate, confidence thresholds, cost per document, and the trade-offs between automation and human review
• Work with our AI and Data engineers on model selection, training data, evaluation and monitoring; you are a full partner in these decisions, not a requirements writer
• Turn frontier LLMs, vision models and agentic approaches into features that ship, and know when a simpler approach is better
• Prototype quickly with AI tools and coding agents to test ideas with users before engineering commits
• Take products to market successfully with Product Marketing, Sales and Customer Success: positioning, launch, adoption and measurable business impact
• Analyze market, customers and competitors in intelligent document processing and AI-driven accounting
• Collaborate across our international teams in Germany, Norway, France and VietnamWhat you bring
• Several years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with at least one AI product you have taken from concept to market and scaled
• Hands-on understanding of how AI products are built: data pipelines, model training and evaluation, inference costs, failure modes and guardrails; you can hold your own in a technical discussion with ML engineers
• Experience with agentic AI, LLM-based workflows or document AI in a production setting
• Understanding of finance processes (accounts payable, accounting, approvals) or the ability to learn them fast
• A data-driven, outcome-oriented way of working: you define KPIs, measure them and act on them
• Entrepreneurial mindset and the drive to ship, with strong prioritization and the ability to say no
• Experience with agile methods and tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Excellent English, written and spoken; Vietnamese, German, Norwegian or French are a plusWhat to expect
