Senior Project Controls & Cost Planning Engineer

Mirum Hellas S.A. is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Senior Project Controls & Cost Planning Engineer, based in Athens with regular visits to the project site in Crete, to join its Procurement, Contracts, Project Controls & Cost Planning Department.The successful candidate will contribute to the effective planning, monitoring and financial control of Elounda Hills, a landmark luxury resort and marina development in Crete.RequirementsDevelop, maintain and monitor the project's master schedule, ensuring effective progress tracking and timely identification of deviationsPrepare and update project cash flow forecasts, incorporating project schedules, financial commitments and contingenciesCoordinate and review deliverables prepared by external cost consultantsPrepare periodic project controls reports for management and other key stakeholdersReview contractor schedules, progress reports and recovery plansSupport the assessment of contractor claims, extensions of time and schedule-related contractual mattersCollaborate with project management teams, consultants and contractors to ensure alignment with project objectivesApply working knowledge of FIDIC or equivalent contract provisions relating to programs, notices, payments and commercial termsQualifications & ExperienceDegree in Civil Engineering from a recognized universityMinimum 10 years of experience in the construction industry, including at least 4 years in project controls, planning or cost managementStrong proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project and advanced ExcelProven experience in project scheduling, cash flow forecasting and cost monitoringFamiliarity with FIDIC contracts and construction claims assessmentStrong analytical, organizational and communication skillsFluency in Greek and English, both written and spokenAbility to work independently and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teamsBenefitsCompetitive remuneration package based on qualifications and experienceGroup Private Health & Insurance ProgramOngoing training and professional development opportunitiesParticipation in the Company's Annual Bonus ProgramA modern, friendly, creative, and constantly evolving work environmentContinuous support for personal and professional development
