Senior Real Estate Advisor

Enclave Dubai is a Dubai-based real estate brokerage operating across residential and commercial secondary and off-plan markets. Built on 7+ years of Dubai market experience, Enclave combines RERA-certified expertise, market intelligence, strong developer relationships, and a client-first approach. We are looking for a Senior Real Estate Advisor with a proven sales record, strong knowledge of Dubai's property market, and the ability to manage high-value client relationships and consistently deliver results across relevant property segments. Minimum 2–3 years of relevant real estate sales experience, preferably in Dubai Proven track record of closing property transactions and achieving sales targets Strong understanding of Dubai's off-plan and/or secondary property markets Established client relationships and strong business development skills Arabic language proficiency Excellent negotiation, communication, and client management skills Valid UAE driving license Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and contribute to team performance 50%–70% commission structure Fresh leads and marketing support Telesales and content support Company phone and SIM card Visa and health insurance Ongoing training and industry-leading tools Career growth opportunities Access to the Millionaire Club
