The firm offers flexible, scalable business support tailored to each client’s needs, creating long-term partnerships built on trust and performance.Role Description The Senior SAP Business Analyst is a full-time remote role responsible for leading analysis, design, and optimization of business processes supported by SAP. This role includes gathering and translating business requirements into functional specifications, configuring SAP modules, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement solutions that improve efficiency and data integrity. Day-to-day tasks involve conducting process workshops, performing gap analysis, troubleshooting system issues, supporting testing and UAT, and preparing functional documentation and training materials. The Senior SAP Business Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams, coordinate with technical developers, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across finance, materials management, and related operational areas.Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret complex data, diagnose issues, and recommend actionable solutions.Proficiency in Business Analysis and Business Process mapping, documentation, and optimization.Hands-on experience with Materials Management processes and related SAP configuration or support.In-depth knowledge of SAP FICO, including configuration, integration points, and end-user support.Experience leading SAP implementations, enhancements, or upgrades, preferably in a senior or lead analyst capacity.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in remote, cross-cultural teams.Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a structured approach to documentation and testing.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field; SAP certifications are an advantage.Experience in offshore or distributed delivery environments and familiarity with project management or agile methodologies is beneficial.
