Role: SAP FSM Consultant (L3)Location: Dubai, UAE / Dammam, KSA (onsite at client location)Experience: 6 to 8 years in SAP, with 2 to 3 years of hands-on SAP FSMMandatory SkillsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related disciplineMinimum 2 end-to-end SAP FSM implementationsStrong expertise in Service Call Management, Planning & Dispatching, Mobile Field Service, Smartforms, Activity Management, and Time & Expense ManagementIntegration of SAP FSM with SAP S/4HANA, SAP PM, SAP CS/EAM, SAP BTP, and SAP Integration Suite/CPIExperience in Fit-to-Standard workshops, fit-gap analysis, UAT, user training, and solution documentationExposure to data migration, cutover, go-live, hypercare, and production supportWillingness to work onsite in Dubai or DammamKey ResponsibilitiesGather and analyze business requirements for field service and maintenance operationsConfigure, implement, and support SAP FSM solutionsIntegrate SAP FSM with S/4HANA, PM, CS/EAM, and other SAP applicationsSupport data migration, cutover, go-live, hypercare, and post-go-live support
