The successful candidate will serve as the principal cyber security advisor to the executive leadership team and Board, driving a modern, intelligence-led security programme across all business functions and geographies.The SVP will be responsible for developing and scaling industry-leading capabilities across:AI Security & Responsible AI GovernanceCyber Defence & Security OperationsSecurity Engineering & ArchitectureIdentity & Access Management (IAM)Cloud & Infrastructure SecurityApplication Security & DevSecOpsGovernance, Risk & ComplianceSecurity Strategy & TransformationThird-Party & Supply Chain SecurityThreat Intelligence & Incident ResponseEssential Experience12+ years of cyber security leadership experience.Experience leading global cyber security programmes within FTSE 100, Fortune 500, multinational consulting, financial services, technology, manufacturing, consumer goods or regulated environments.Demonstrated success building and scaling:AI Security functionsCyber Defence organisationsSecurity Engineering teamsIAM programmesSecurity Operations CentresCloud Security practicesExtensive executive stakeholder management experience, including Board and C-suite engagement.Experience managing cyber budgets exceeding £20M+ annually.Proven experience leading global teams of 50+ cyber professionals.Track record delivering enterprise cyber transformation and cyber maturity programmes.
