Senior Web Analytics & CRO Specialist

TMC Middle East is looking for a Senior Web Analytics & CRO Specialist to join a leading eCommerce insurance and financial services platform in Saudi Arabia. This is a hands-on technical role for someone who lives in the data layer and loves turning measurement gaps into conversion gains. If you've personally built, debugged, and owned analytics implementations end-to-end, we want to hear from you.𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Jeddah, KSA𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗧𝘆𝗽𝗲: Full-Time𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗲: Strictly Onsite𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀- Design and maintain event taxonomies, data layer specs, and tracking plans across the full customer journey in GA4 and Google Tag Manager- Audit and validate tracking across browser and server-side implementations using GTM Preview, GA4 DebugView, and DevTools to eliminate missing or duplicated events- Configure and analyse behavioral analytics tools (Hotjar, Clarity, Contentsquare, or FullStory) to surface prioritised conversion opportunities- Lead A/B test planning and execution using VWO, Optimizely, or equivalent, from hypothesis through post-release impact validation- Establish UTM governance, use BigQuery and SQL to validate GA4 exports, and deliver structured audit documentation to internal teams𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀- 5+ years of hands-on web or product analytics implementation on transactional eCommerce or self-service digital platforms- Advanced GA4 and GTM proficiency; a current, verifiable GA4 certification from Google Skillshop is mandatory and must be submitted with your CV- Working knowledge of JavaScript, browser DevTools, and HTTP request inspection for tracking QA- Proven experience with at least one behavioral analytics platform and one A/B testing tool- Strong ability to reconcile analytics data against backend transactions and translate findings into clear recommendationsThis role is strictly onsite in Jeddah.
