Showroom Operations Manager

The ideal candidate will have an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation at the Showroom to support the business needs. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Automotive, Vehicles retails industries and Dealers management.ResponsibilitiesEstablish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliabilityManage the daily functions of the businessPrepare annual performance review and reevaluate processesEnsure regulatory, compliance and legal rules are followedManage budget to align with goals of businessShowroom environment & assets: daily opening and closing checks, asset register, cleaning, security and maintenance vendors, brand Cl standards.Electricity & devices: power, AC, lighting, EV chargers, screens, Wi-Fi and CCTV; fault follow-up and safety compliance.Brand accessories: storage, stock control, display and monthly counts for both brands. Display & test-drive cars: layout and rotation, daily readiness, test-drive schedule, keys, insurance and servicing.Other: weekly operations report, operating budget, and tasks assigned by the Showroom Director.Qualifications3+ years in showroom, retail or facility operations; automotive dealership preferred.Proficiency with Microsoft OfficeStrong organizational and communication skillsStrong ability to multitaskComfort working with multiple groups within businessExperience managing vendors; basic electrical and AV knowledge.Fluent Arabic and English; valid Saudi driving license.
