If you are ready to be part of the team shaping Dubai’s skyline, your future starts here.To supervise and coordinate day-to-day site construction activities for high-rise residential buildings, ensuring that all works are executed according to approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, safety requirements and project timelines.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and monitor daily construction activities at the site, ensuring work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications and project schedules.Coordinate with main contractors, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of construction activities.Monitor structural and civil works, including excavation, foundations, piling, raft foundations, columns, beams, slabs, concrete works and blockwork.Supervise finishing activities, including plastering, screeding, tiling, waterproofing, painting, façade and other architectural works.Review and interpret construction drawings, shop drawings and technical specifications to ensure accurate execution.Monitor manpower, materials, equipment and subcontractor performance to achieve project milestones.Identify site issues, technical discrepancies and construction delays, and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve them.Coordinate inspection requests, material approvals and work approvals with consultants and client representatives.Prepare daily progress reports, site records and updates for the Project Manager / Construction Manager.Ensure construction activities are completed within approved timelines, budget and quality requirements.Required Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.Minimum 4–8 years of relevant experience in building construction projects.Strong experience in high-rise residential or commercial tower construction.Must have worked with one or more of the following: Main Contractor, Construction Company, Real Estate Developer.UAE/GCC construction experience is preferred.Experience in structural, civil and finishing works is essential.Good knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, method statements and quality standards.
