As a Site Engineers, you will play a key role in supervising and executing mechanical systems on-site, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and in compliance with design specifications and quality standards. Guided by our ultimate goal of “إعمار الأرض” – fostering "Growth & Prosperity" – we are committed to delivering value, creating a positive impact, and building a better, greener future.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and execute daily site activities in accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.Monitor construction progress and ensure timely completion of site activities and project milestones.Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and material submittals to ensure proper implementation.Coordinate with Technical Office, subcontractors, consultants, and other engineering disciplines to resolve technical and site-related issues.Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with approved designs, quality requirements, and health and safety standards.Monitor subcontractors' performance and ensure the proper utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.Prepare and follow up on site documentation, including inspection requests, material requests, daily progress reports, and as-built drawings.Report site progress, technical issues, potential delays, and corrective actions to the Site Manager or Project Manager.Participate in site meetings, inspections, testing, commissioning, and project handover activities as applicable.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil, Architectural, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.3–5 years of relevant site engineering experience within construction, contracting, or infrastructure projects.Strong technical knowledge of site execution activities and construction methods relevant to the candidate's engineering discipline.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Office; Revit is an advantage.Good understanding of site safety procedures and quality control processes.Strong organizational, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary site teams and meet project deadlines.Good command of English.This role is open in multiple locationsWhy Join Korra Energi?At Korra Energi, you will discover a distinctive culture and value system that sets us apart.
