This full-time, on-site role, based in Dubai, includes supervising site teams and subcontractors, coordinating with project managers and designers, and monitoring progress to meet project timelines and quality requirements. The Site Engineer will review technical drawings, ensure proper installation of structural and landscaping elements, and conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with quality control measures and regulations. Responsibilities also include preparing site reports, managing materials and resources, resolving technical issues, and maintaining clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong on-site supervision skills, including experience managing construction and landscaping activities on active project sites.Candidates should possess effective communication skills for coordinating with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients, and for preparing clear reports and documentation.Candidates should possess quality control skills, including the ability to inspect work, ensure compliance with specifications and standards, and implement corrective actions when necessary.Candidates should possess structural engineering and civil engineering knowledge relevant to pool construction, hardscape structures, grading, and drainage solutions.Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or a related field is preferred.Prior experience as a site engineer or site supervisor in landscaping, swimming pools, or civil works in the UAE or GCC region is an advantage.Familiarity with UAE building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices, along with proficiency in reading technical drawings and using basic project management tools.Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to site conditions, with a commitment to safety, quality, and timely delivery.
