Tailor my CV for this job — free🚀 STATERA is hiring | Smart Campus Architect📍 Dubai, UAE | Fully on-site📅 Assignment duration: 3–6 monthsSTATERA is looking for an experienced Smart Campus Architect to support a major greenfield enterprise transformation programme.You will lead the architecture of connected buildings and campus technologies, integrating ELV, IoT and building management systems into a secure, scalable enterprise environment.Your key responsibilities:
- Define the smart campus reference architecture, standards and design governance.
- Design the integration of BMS, access control, CCTV, AV and sensors with enterprise platforms.
- Define connectivity, edge/IoT and data ingestion patterns.
- Ensure security, resilience and scalability across OT/IT environments.
- Guide specialist vendors and engineering teams throughout design and implementation.Your profile:
- 7+ years of relevant experience, including technical leadership.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with BMS platforms such as Niagara, Johnson Controls, Schneider, Honeywell or Siemens.
- Experience with at least two of the following: access control, HVAC, fire systems, CCTV or IoT/sensor deployments.
- Strong knowledge of building automation protocols, including BACnet and Modbus.
- Proven ability to coordinate stakeholders and vendors within complex programmes.Smart building, ELV, BMS or IoT certifications would be an advantage.
