Social Media Executive

Role Description The Social Media Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms to build brand awareness and drive audience engagement. The Social Media Executive will manage daily posting schedules, monitor performance metrics, optimize content based on insights, and respond to audience interactions in a timely and professional manner. The role includes coordinating with the marketing and operations teams to support campaigns, promotions, and events, as well as capturing and curating visual content that reflects MYA Dubai’s unique atmosphere. The Social Media Executive will stay up to date with platform trends and best practices to ensure the brand remains relevant and competitive online.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to manage and grow online presence.Candidates should possess effective Media Planning skills to schedule campaigns and allocate content across platforms.Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication and Writing skills for captions, responses, and brand messaging.Understanding of analytics tools and basic reporting to track performance and optimize content strategies.Experience managing social media channels for hospitality, lifestyle, or entertainment brands is an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Dubai, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and handle fast-paced, customer-focused environments.Familiarity with visual content creation (basic photography, videography, or coordination with creative teams) is beneficial.
