About the RoleChai Nagri is looking for a creative Social Media Executive to grow our online presence, create engaging content, and connect with our audience across social media platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the brand’s Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant social media accounts.Plan and maintain a content calendar for products, outlets, campaigns, and brand activities.Create engaging reels, stories, posts, and captions that reflect Chai Nagri’s voice.Coordinate with designers, video editors, and outlet teams for content creation.Capture and edit photos and short videos for social media.Respond to comments, messages, and customer queries promptly.Identify relevant trends and develop fresh content ideas.Coordinate influencer collaborations and track deliverables.Monitor reach, engagement, follower growth, and campaign performance.Prepare performance reports and suggest improvements.RequirementsStrong understanding of social media platforms and content trends.Good copywriting and communication skills.Basic knowledge of Canva and video editing tools.Creative thinking, attention to detail, and good time management.Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with teams.Experience in food, beverage, hospitality, or retail marketing is a plus.
