GinoxHead of Social Media and GrowthGinox operates across crypto and forex, and we are looking for a Head of Social Media and Growth to lead our social presence across both businesses.You will own the strategy and day to day execution of Ginox’s social media marketing, building stronger communities, growing relevant audiences, and turning social attention into measurable business growth.What you will doSet and lead the social media strategy for Ginox’s crypto and forex businesses.Manage Ginox’s social channels, including X, Telegram, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.Build content plans covering product updates, educational content, market commentary, brand stories, campaigns, and community activity.Coordinate content production with designers, video editors, product teams, and other internal stakeholders.Plan and manage social campaigns for product launches, trading features, events, and growth initiatives.Grow engaged communities and build relationships with creators, partners, and relevant industry voices.Track performance across audience growth, engagement, traffic, signups, and other business results. Use those insights to improve the strategy.Keep Ginox’s messaging consistent while adapting content to the needs of crypto and forex audiences.Review financial and trading related content carefully, helping ensure that communications are accurate and responsible.What we are looking forExperience leading social media, content, or digital marketing for a fintech, crypto, forex, trading, or technology business.A track record of growing relevant audiences and improving engagement through clear strategy and consistent execution.Strong understanding of social platforms, content formats, community building, and analytics.The ability to turn complex products and market topics into clear, engaging content.Strong communication, planning, and project management skills.A hands on approach, with the ability to set direction and help get the work delivered.Good judgment when communicating about financial products, markets, and trading.How success will be measuredSuccess will include stronger growth across Ginox’s social channels, healthier and more active communities, consistent high quality content, and measurable contribution to website traffic, signups, and product growth.To applyPlease share your CV, examples of social accounts or campaigns you have managed, and a brief description of a growth result you are proud of.
