Soft Service Supervisor

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Operations Supervisor to join City Care Services LLC, a sister company within our group, based in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of high-quality housekeeping services while managing a team of cleaning staff.

Responsibilities

Housekeeping Operations:Oversee daily housekeeping operations, including cleaning schedules, staff assignments, and quality control.Ensure adherence to established cleaning standards and procedures.Inspect cleaned areas to ensure quality and identify any areas for improvement.Respond promptly to client requests and address any service issues.Employee Management:Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.Address employee concerns and resolve any disciplinary issues.Manage employee schedules, attendance, and timekeeping.Inventory Management:Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.Order and maintain adequate stock levels.Client Relations:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.Conduct regular client meetings to discuss service needs and address any concerns.Ensure client satisfaction with housekeeping services.Safety & Compliance:Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures.Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions.Reporting:Prepare regular reports on housekeeping activities, employee performance, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or in a similar role within the Facilities Management industry.Experience managing a team of housekeeping staff.Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures and techniques.Experience with cleaning equipment and chemicals.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Flexibility to work different shifts as required.Fluency in English (both written and spoken).UAE Driving License is mandatoryhttps://citycarefm.ae/
