Operations Supervisor – AQUA PROTECTION (Ajman, UAE)We are looking for a highly responsible and hands-on Operations Supervisor to join AQUA PROTECTION, a leading provider of premium furniture cleaning, nano-coating, and stain protection services in the UAE.Role OverviewThe Operations Supervisor will manage a field team of three technicians while overseeing daily service operations, warehouse coordination, and logistics. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong experience in professional furniture and upholstery cleaning, nano-coating applications, and team management.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate daily furniture cleaning and nano-coating services across multiple client locations.Drive to customer locations to supervise technicians and ensure quality standards.Ensure proper cleaning of sofas, chairs, mattresses, and other upholstered furniture.Oversee nano-coating applications and ensure correct procedures are followed.Manage daily team schedules, appointments, and transportation.Oversee warehouse organization, inventory, and stock control.Monitor chemical supplies, cleaning materials, and equipment.Ensure proper maintenance and handling of company tools and vehicles.Train and guide technicians to improve performance and efficiency.Handle on-site issues and ensure customer satisfaction.Provide daily reports and updates to management.Mandatory RequirementsProven experience in professional furniture and upholstery cleaning (REQUIRED).Experience with sofa shampooing, steam cleaning, and stain removal.Experience in warehouse management or stock control.Previous experience as an operations supervisor or team leader.Valid UAE driving license (REQUIRED).Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple appointments and work under pressure.Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.Willing to work 6 days per week, 9–10 hours daily depending on workload (Sunday off).What We OfferSalary: AED 3,500–5,000 (depending on experience).Accommodation provided.Employment visa after trial period, subject to UAE employment requirements.Company expense card for approved operational expenses.Professional and supportive work environment.Career growth opportunities.If you have experience in furniture cleaning operations and can confidently manage a team while maintaining high service standards, we would like to hear from you.Apply via LinkedIn or send your CV to:Email: info@aquacleaning.aeWhatsApp: +971 52 212 4972
