About KonectaKonecta is a global leader in Customer Experience (CX) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), providing digital transformation, technology, and customer management solutions to leading organizations worldwide.With a strong international presence, Konecta combines technology, data, AI, and human expertise to deliver innovative and scalable solutions for its clients.Job Overview We are looking for a Software Engineer – AI with 5+ years of professional software engineering experience to design, develop, and deploy scalable Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions for enterprise platforms and client engagements.The role combines strong software engineering expertise with hands-on experience in LLMs, RAG, AI agents, backend development, APIs, microservices, and secure infrastructure.Key Responsibilities:Develop scalable Python-based microservices, REST APIs, WebSockets, and asynchronous pipelines.Design and build production-ready Generative AI and Agentic AI applications.Develop and optimize RAG pipelines and knowledge retrieval solutions.Work with LLMs, prompt engineering, vector databases, and AI orchestration frameworks.Design and implement single-agent, multi-agent, and hybrid AI architectures.Build reusable AI components, API connectors, orchestration modules, prompt libraries, and guardrails.Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications and backend systems.Collaborate with cross-functional Agile/Scrum teams to deliver PoCs, MVPs, and production solutions.Implement secure coding practices, authentication/authorization, data privacy, and prompt-injection protection.Use Git, Docker, Linux, and CI/CD pipelines for development and deployment.Requirements:5+ years of professional software engineering experience building production-grade applications. Strong hands-on experience with LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, and Vector Databases. Experience with agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel. Strong backend development experience with Python, FastAPI, Django, or Flask.Experience developing REST APIs and microservices. Experience with Docker, Linux, Git, and CI/CD. Good understanding of API authentication/authorization, network controls, and secure coding practices. Nice to Have:Experience with GraphRAG and Knowledge Graphs.AI observability and monitoring tools such as LangSmith or Langfuse.Experience with AI guardrails and prompt evaluation.Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.Experience building AI copilots, developer productivity tools, or reusable AI platform accelerators.
