The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of software testing concepts, strong analytical skills, and a passion for ensuring software quality.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform manual testing of web applications and software products.Prepare and execute test cases based on project requirements.Identify, document, and report bugs and software defects.Conduct functional, regression, and user interface (UI) testing.Verify bug fixes and ensure applications meet quality standards.Collaborate with developers and team members to resolve issues.Maintain test documentation and prepare testing reports.Assist in improving testing processes and product quality.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information TechnologyBasic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).Knowledge of manual testing and test case writing.Familiarity with bug-tracking tools such as Jira is a plus.Basic understanding of web applications and databases is an advantage.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Attention to detail and a willingness to learn.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
