Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect to lead the architecture, technical design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 solutions.The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O), Supply Chain Management (SCM), Commerce, and/or Customer Engagement (CE), combined with hands-on development and technical leadership experience.The role involves translating complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions, leading end-to-end implementations, designing enterprise integrations, optimizing production environments, and mentoring technical teams.🎯 Key Responsibilities🔹 Design end-to-end solution architectures for Dynamics 365 F&O, SCM, Commerce, and/or CE.🔹 Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.🔹 Lead solution design, technical implementation, deployment, and go-live activities for enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 projects.🔹 Provide hands-on technical leadership in X++, C#, Dynamics 365 customizations, extensions, and development frameworks.🔹 Design and implement enterprise integrations using REST APIs, OData, Business Events, Dual-write, custom services, and virtual entities.🔹 Leverage Azure Integration Services, including Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, and API Management, to build reliable and scalable integrations.🔹 Oversee data migration strategies and execution using the Data Management Framework (DMF/DIXF).🔹 Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize system performance across batch jobs, database operations, queries, APIs, and integrations.🔹 Establish production support, incident management, monitoring, and performance optimization practices for large-scale Dynamics 365 environments.🔹 Define security architecture using Dynamics 365 security roles, duties, privileges, Extensible Data Security (XDS), and Microsoft Entra ID.🔹 Drive application modernization, One Version updates, release management, and technical debt reduction.🔹 Leverage Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse to extend Dynamics 365 capabilities.🔹 Manage technical documentation, architecture reviews, development standards, and Azure DevOps CI/CD practices.🔹 Collaborate with enterprise architects, business stakeholders, infrastructure teams, and development teams while mentoring technical consultants and developers.🧠 Must-Have Skills✅ 10+ years of overall experience in application development, technical architecture, or enterprise systems delivery.✅ 5+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 Solution Architecture or Lead Technical Architecture.✅ Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, SCM, Commerce, and/or CE architecture.✅ Proven experience leading end-to-end Dynamics 365 implementations from solution design through deployment and go-live.✅ Hands-on experience with X++, C#, Dynamics 365 extensions, and customization frameworks.✅ Strong understanding of solution architecture, technical design specifications, architecture blueprints, and development best practices.✅ Expertise in enterprise integrations using REST APIs, OData, custom services, Business Events, Dual-write, and virtual entities.✅ Experience with Azure Integration Services, including Logic Apps, Service Bus, and API Management.✅ Strong knowledge of data migration and management using DMF/DIXF.✅ Experience with Power Platform technologies, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.✅ Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 security, RBAC, XDS, and Microsoft Entra ID.✅ Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, code management, and release management.✅ Hands-on experience with Lifecycle Services (LCS), Power Platform Admin Center (PPAC), and deployment strategies.✅ Strong expertise in performance tuning, batch job optimization, troubleshooting, and enterprise production support.✅ Excellent technical leadership, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.⭐ Good to Have➕ Experience in retail, e-commerce, hospitality, or supply chain environments.➕ Experience working with large-scale enterprise Dynamics 365 implementations and complex integration landscapes.➕ Exposure to Microsoft FastTrack and Microsoft Support for resolving critical platform issues.➕ Experience with Dynamics 365 One Version updates, application upgrades, and cloud transformation initiatives.➕ Experience modernizing legacy customizations and reducing technical debt through standard platform capabilities.➕ Retail industry experience with relevant client exposure.🎓 Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline is
