Your approach is attentive and reassuring, allowing guests to feel comfortable and cared for throughout their visit.A commitment to continuous learning, consistency in treatment delivery and a thoughtful approach to guest consultations will be essential to success in this role.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver professional massage, facial and body treatments in accordance with established spa protocols and service standards.Conduct guest consultations to understand individual needs, preferences and treatment considerations.Adapt treatments appropriately to ensure guest comfort, safety and satisfaction.Provide clear guidance on treatment benefits, aftercare and suitable wellness products.Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, equipment and supplies to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.Follow established hygiene, sanitation and safety procedures throughout each treatment.Manage treatment preparation and turnaround times to ensure appointments run smoothly.Maintain accurate guest treatment records and communicate relevant preferences to the Spa team.Support spa retail sales through informed and personalised product recommendations.Participate in ongoing training, treatment development and wellness initiatives.Work closely with Spa Reception and fellow therapists to deliver a seamless guest experience.Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum 1–2 years of experience as a Spa Therapist, preferably within a 5-star luxury hotel or resort spa.Recognised certification or diploma in Massage Therapy, Beauty Therapy or a related discipline.Proficiency in Swedish, deep tissue and aromatherapy massage techniques.Experience in facials, body treatments, Hammam rituals or hot stone massage is an advantage.Sound understanding of anatomy, treatment contraindications and safe massage practices.Experience conducting guest consultations and recommending suitable treatments.Familiarity with Forbes Travel Guide and LQA service standards is preferred.Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.Strong attention to detail, professional presentation and a calm, welcoming manner.Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.What We OfferThe opportunity to contribute to the wellness experience of a distinctive luxury beachfront resort.An exciting journey towards the opening of Four Seasons Resort Ajman at Al Zorah.Competitive tax-free salary and service charge.Medical insurance, annual leave, flight benefits and end-of-service gratuity.Complimentary accommodation, transportation and employee meals.Professional training, development and career growth opportunities.A collaborative Spa team dedicated to thoughtful care and exceptional guest experiences.Management LevelSpa & Wellness | Line Staff
