The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive, patient-centered healthcare for individuals and families, focusing on preventive medicine, acute illnesses, and long-term management of chronic conditions.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide primary healthcare services to patients across different age groupsDiagnose and manage acute illnesses and chronic conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, and respiratory disordersConduct routine health assessments, preventive screenings, and wellness consultationsDevelop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progressProvide immunizations, health education, and preventive careManage common medical conditions and coordinate referrals to specialists when requiredMaintain continuity of care through regular follow-ups and patient counselingMaintain accurate medical records and ensure high standards of patient safety and careRequirementsQualifications & RequirementsMBBS or equivalent medical degreeMD/DNB in Family Medicine or an equivalent postgraduate qualificationMinimum 3 years of post-specialization experience preferredExperience in primary care, preventive medicine, and chronic disease managementExcellent clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skillsBenefitsPrivate Health InsuranceTraining & DevelopmentPerformance Bonus
