We are seeking an experienced Specialist Ophthalmologist to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will specialize in diagnosing and treating eye disorders, providing comprehensive ophthalmic care, and helping patients maintain and improve their vision.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and manage a wide range of eye diseases and vision-related conditionsConduct comprehensive eye examinations and assess visual functionTreat conditions such as glaucoma, cataracts, diabetic retinopathy, and other ocular disordersPerform ophthalmic procedures and minor eye surgeries within the scope of clinical expertiseDevelop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progressIdentify and manage urgent eye conditions and refer complex cases when requiredEducate patients on eye health, disease prevention, and treatment optionsMaintain accurate medical records and ensure high standards of patient careRequirementsQualifications & RequirementsMBBS or equivalent medical degreeMS, MD, DNB, or equivalent postgraduate qualification in OphthalmologyMinimum 3 years of post-specialization experience preferredStrong clinical assessment and diagnostic skillsExcellent patient communication and interpersonal skillsBenefitsPrivate Health InsuranceTraining & DevelopmentPerformance Bonus
