This is an excellent opportunity for experienced specialists seeking career growth, a competitive salary, and a rewarding professional environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and manage musculoskeletal disorders, fractures, joint diseases, and orthopedic injuriesPerform orthopedic surgical procedures, including fracture fixation, joint reconstruction, and arthroscopic procedures, within authorized clinical privilegesEvaluate and manage sports injuries, ligament tears, tendon injuries, and degenerative joint conditionsProvide surgical and non-surgical treatment for fractures, dislocations, and musculoskeletal traumaPerform arthroscopic procedures and joint replacement surgeries, where appropriately trained and credentialedConduct comprehensive pre-operative assessments and develop individualized surgical treatment plansInterpret diagnostic investigations, including X-rays, CT scans, MRI, and musculoskeletal imagingProvide post-operative care, monitor recovery, and manage surgical complicationsCollaborate with physiotherapists, radiologists, anesthesiologists, rehabilitation specialists, and other healthcare professionalsEducate patients regarding treatment options, surgical procedures, rehabilitation, and injury preventionEnsure compliance with DHA regulations, surgical safety protocols, infection control, and patient safety standardsRequirementsQualificationsMBBS/MD or equivalent recognized medical degreeRecognized postgraduate qualification in Orthopedic SurgeryBoard certification or equivalent recognized specialist-level qualificationAmerican Board, UK, Canadian, Australian, European, or other internationally recognized qualifications are highly desirableMinimum 3-5 years of relevant post-specialization experience preferred, subject to applicable licensing requirementsStrong expertise in orthopedic trauma, fracture management, joint disorders, and surgical proceduresExcellent surgical skills, clinical judgment, and multidisciplinary collaboration abilitiesEligible for DHA Specialist Orthopedic Surgery classification/license in Dubai, subject to applicable UAE PQR requirementsBenefitsCompetitive salary package and attractive employment benefitsOpportunity to work in a leading healthcare facility in DubaiModern operating theatres and advanced orthopedic surgical technologiesMedical insurance and annual leave, subject to applicable employment termsExcellent career growth and professional development opportunitiesLicensing assistance available for eligible candidates
