Sales & Sponsorship ManagerDubai, UAE | Full-Time, On-Site until end of Marc 2027Company DescriptionMOVING MEA is a Dubai-based company specializing in event management, production consultancy, and recruitment of experienced professionals for major events across the GCC and internationally.We are currently recruiting on behalf of an established organization in the sports and events industry in Dubai.Role DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Sales & Sponsorship Manager with a strong commercial background and a proven track record in securing sponsorships and developing strategic partnerships.The role involves identifying potential sponsors, generating new business opportunities, preparing commercial proposals, negotiating agreements, and managing long-term sponsor relationships.The ideal candidate is proactive, commercially driven, and confident in managing the entire sponsorship sales process, from initial contact to contract signing and activation.Qualifications* Minimum 5–7 years of experience in sponsorship sales, business development, or commercial partnerships.* Proven track record of securing sponsorship agreements and generating revenue.* Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.* Fluent in Arabic and English (essential).* Experience in the UAE/GCC market preferred.* Background in sports, events, or entertainment sponsorship is an advantage.* Ability to work independently and manage multiple commercial opportunities.Contract Details* Full-time, on-site position in Dubai.* Initial freelance contract until 31 March 2027.* Potential opportunity to transition into a permanent role.* Performance-based commissions may apply, subject to agreed targets and client payment.* AED 12,000 per month + potential performance-based commissionsHow to ApplyPlease apply through LinkedIn with your updated CV, highlighting your sponsorship sales experience and examples of commercial agreements you have successfully secured.
