We support students and education partners in identifying suitable courses and institutions across multiple international study destinations.With a strong commitment to quality and professional service, Study Info Centre provides guidance, resources, and support throughout the application journey, helping students make informed decisions that align with their academic and career goals.Role DescriptionThe Sr UK Admission Officer is a full time, on site position based in Kathmandu, Nepal.The role is responsible for managing and supporting UK student applications from initial assessment through to enrolment. The Sr UK Admission Officer will review student academic profiles, recommend suitable universities and courses, prepare and assess applications, verify documentation, and ensure applications meet university and UK admission requirements.The role also involves regular communication with education agents, students, universities, and internal teams to ensure applications are processed accurately and within required timelines.The successful candidate will be expected to maintain accurate application records, provide timely updates, resolve application related issues, support junior admission team members where required, and stay updated with UK university requirements, admissions policies, and relevant student visa regulations.Qualifications

• Strong experience in UK student admissions, preferably within an education consultancy, university representative office, or international education organisation.
• Strong knowledge of UK universities, courses, academic entry requirements, English language requirements, and admissions processes.
• Good understanding of UK student visa requirements and documentation.
• Ability to assess academic profiles and recommend appropriate universities and courses based on student qualifications and progression.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for working with students, education agents, universities, and internal teams.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve application related issues professionally.
• Ability to manage multiple applications, priorities, and deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail when reviewing academic documents, financial documents, application forms, and supporting evidence.
• Relevant academic qualification in Education, Management, Business, Counseling, or a related field.
• Prior experience in international student recruitment, UK admissions, or overseas education consultancy is highly preferred.
• Ability to work full time on site in Kathmandu.
• Experience supporting or supervising junior admission staff will be considered an advantage.
