The candidate will be responsible for developing and optimizing enterprise reporting solutions, database components, web applications, and APIs while ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.Key ResponsibilitiesA) SSRS Reporting & SQL Server DevelopmentDevelop, maintain, and enhance SSRS reports, dashboards, and enterprise reporting solutions.Create and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, functions, and database objects.Perform query optimization, indexing, and database performance tuning.Analyze and troubleshoot reporting and database-related issues.B) Full Stack .NET DevelopmentDesign, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications using C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core/.NET 8+, ASP.NET MVC, and ASP.NET Core.Develop REST APIs, Web APIs, backend services, and application integrations.Build responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap.Integrate applications with databases, third-party systems, and enterprise platforms.C) Application Support & DeliveryGather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.Troubleshoot application issues and provide production support.Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and application lifecycle management.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve application quality, performance, and reliability.Required Skills & Experience5+ years of hands-on experience in SSRS development.Strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL development.Proven experience with stored procedures, functions, views, indexing, and query optimization.3+ years of experience in full-stack .NET development.Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core/.NET 8+, ASP.NET MVC, and ASP.NET Core.Experience developing REST APIs, Web APIs, and enterprise web applications.Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap.Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, SVN, or other source control systems.Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.Experience working with enterprise applications and large-scale databases.Good to HaveExperience with Power BI, SSIS, and/or SSAS.Knowledge of Azure application, data, and reporting services.Familiarity with Blazor, React, or Angular.Experience with Entity Framework, Dapper, or other ORM technologies.Knowledge of IIS administration, application deployment, and CI/CD pipelines.Experience integrating with ERP, PMIS, ECM, or workflow management systems.EducationBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.Preferred ProfileThe ideal candidate will combine strong SSRS reporting expertise, advanced SQL Server development capabilities, and full-stack .NET application development experience. The candidate should be capable of delivering end-to-end enterprise solutions, from database design and reporting to application development, integration, deployment, and production support.
